1、 Introduction:

And inert gas can be used as a circulating gas for special crushing processing.
2、 Working principle:
The material enters the crushing chamber through a screw feeder or vacuum conveyor, and is crushed by impact shear and high-frequency vibration of the airflow between the high-speed rotating rotor and the stator with toothed liner. Then, driven by the airflow and guided by the guide circle, the fine powder enters the central grading area for sorting. As a finished product, it is discharged from the crushing chamber through the grading turbine along with the airflow and separated by the separation device. The ultrafine dust is collected by the dust collector, and the purified air is discharged by the fan. Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, the coarse powder falls back into the crushing zone and is crushed again.
3、 Features:
1. The combination of high-speed impact crusher and turbine ultrafine classifier has the function of pre grading and inspection grading, and the adjustment of product fineness is convenient, which can avoid the phenomenon of over crushing. The qualified fine powder in the raw material is directly discharged after classification, which helps to improve crushing efficiency, reduce equipment load, and reduce energy consumption.
