Overview
The V-shaped cylinder is driven by the drive shaft to rotate around the center of the rotation axis, and the material in it also undergoes gravitational diffusion with the two inclined V-shaped cylinders. When the connection (bottom) of the V-shaped cylinder rotates in the lower position, the material converges towards the bottom. When the connection of the V-shaped cylinder rotates to the upper position, the materials collected at the bottom are divided into two inclined cylinders, allowing the materials from each inclined cylinder to enter another inclined cylinder through the connecting interface. As the cylinder rotates and its position changes, the material in the V-shaped cylinder is repeatedly displaced, translated, and diffused, achieving uniform mixing.

1. Determine the volume of materials mixed in each batch, ranging from 0.1 to 3 cubic meters, and select equipment of corresponding specifications. The volume size can be customized without standards.

3. Stainless steel butterfly valve is used for material discharge, and there is no dust leakage or flying phenomenon.

Mandatory mixing blades can be added to the V-type W-type mixer's rotating axis, the V-type W-type mixer's rotating axis, and the V-type W-type cylinder to accelerate the mixing speed. It can also be suitable for mixing materials that are prone to agglomeration.
