Overview
The machine is composed of an organic base, a variable frequency brake motor, a main shaft, a rotary connecting rod, and a cylinder. The loaded cylinder is driven by the driving shaft to perform Parallel transport, rock and roll and other composite movements, which promote the material to perform circumferential, radial and axial three-way composite movements along the cylinder, thus realizing the mutual flow, diffusion and doping of various materials, so as to achieve the goal of highly uniform mixing. By utilizing unique three-dimensional swing, translational transport, and rock principles, a strong alternating pulse motion is generated, continuously pushing the mixture of materials. The vortex generated has a varying energy gradient, which can produce excellent mixing effects. It has the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, high loading coefficient, and short mixing time.

This machine is widely used for mixing dry powder materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
