Overview

The two-dimensional mixer consists of three main parts: a rotating drum, a swinging frame, and a frame. The rotating drum is installed on the swing frame and is supported by four rollers, which are axially positioned by two gear wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two transmission wheels are dragged by the rotating power system to rotate the rotating drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing rod mechanisms, which are installed on the frame. The swing frame is supported by bearing components on the frame, and the mixed materials rotate, flip, and mix with the rotating cylinder in the rotating cylinder. At the same time, they undergo left and right mixing movements with the swinging cylinder. Under the combined action of these two movements, the materials are fully mixed in a short period of time.

Features:  

1. The second rotation adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a worm gear reducer. Compared to traditional mixers, the bottom does not accumulate material, has no pollution, is easy to rinse, and truly meets GMP requirements.

2. During operation, under the dual action of the rotating and swinging mechanisms, the loading cylinder rotates while also undergoing swinging motion, allowing the materials inside the cylinder to be fully mixed.

3. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic vacuum feeding machine and interface, facilitating feeding and shortening operation time. High efficiency and low cost.
